Deep Space Support Array

The Deep Space Support Array Initiative or DSSA in short, is a network of Fleet Carriers located all around our Milky Way galaxy. These Fleet Carriers contain services which aid our deep space explorers, miners, pilots/CMDR’s in general.

– “The DSSA is a project to deploy a network of support Carriers all over the galaxy to help explorers in their deep space travels.”

We exist for a reason and that reason is to help our pilots, to offer them a place to rest, have a nice cup of coffee, sell their cartography data and continue their travels.

We are here to prevent any unfortunate scenarios from happening in the first place.

(Almost) every galactic region of the Milky Way has 3 DSSA Fleet Carriers, each fixed in and located in their own designated system after deploying.

Excluded galactic regions are:
– Inner Orion Spur
– Inner Scutum-Centaurus Arm
– Formorian Frontier

What binds the Inner Orion Spur and Inner Scutum-Centaurus Arm regions is the Colonia Connection Highway, a network of fixed-in Megaships, Asteroid bases, Starports and Outposts along the 21,705LYs of deep space in the mentioned regions.

Each Fleet Carrier has its own set of modules, depending on what the Fleet Carrier owner thinks is necessary and the amount of credits the owner has to manage the Fleet carrier with.

– “Those Carriers, offered by individuals, groups, factions or squadrons, would remain in a fixed and public location for at the very least a full year, open to all, with at least repair services, at a fair price (other services are at the owner’s liberty).”

Not every Fleet Carrier is equipped with all of the modules the Fleet Carrier can have, so before you decide to move to a specific DSSA Fleet Carrier, make sure you’ve checked if that Fleet Carrier in particular has what you need.

You can check for DSSA FC information either via DSSA Network Tracker (provides the most accurate information) or EdAstro DSSA FC map.

– “Beacons in the profound night, they would form a mesh of safe harbours for anyone who would need a rest stop.”
